Hi, I’m Jennifer.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationships, stress, burnout, grief, caregiving, and life transitions.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone you can trust. You don’t have to show up with the right words or have everything figured out. My role is to listen, help you understand what you’re experiencing, and work alongside you as you determine what you need moving forward.

Why I became a therapist

Growing up, my grandfather was a mortician, and I saw firsthand what it meant to be present for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He taught me that you don’t always need the perfect thing to say. Sometimes listening, showing compassion, and simply being there matters most.

That lesson has stayed with me and continues to shape how I approach therapy today.

Let’s start with a conversation

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I am a mom to three active school age children and enjoy reading, yoga, tennis and spending time at our family cabin. Our family recently adopted a mixed-breed puppy, Rory, who is attempting to earn his stripes as a therapy dog and occasionally makes a cameo in the background during telehealth sessions.
