The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, review your history, talk about your goals, and decide together how we'd like to move forward.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress is made, we'll determine together whether a different schedule makes sense for your needs.

In most situations, yes. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions that will be reviewed during your first appointment.
